OrderPaperToday- A high- powered ten- man delegation has been constituted by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara to ascertain the unconstitutional removal of Kogi State House of Assembly Speaker and report back within one week.

This move is sequel to a motion sponsored by Sunday Karimi (Kogi State, PDP) under motion of urgent national importance at the plenary session.

Moyeed Alabi (Osun State, APC) in his part said no Speaker should be removed without  a two third majority member of the House as stated in the constitution.
