OrderPaperToday – A legislator in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr. Angulu Dobi, has expressed satisfaction with the independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for doing a good job in Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly elections.

Speaking with reporters in his home town, Dobi ward Gwagwalada, the incumbent House of Representatives member and candidate for Kuje/Gwagwalada/Kwali/Abaji federal constituency of the FCT under the All Progressives  Congress (APC) said that the electoral umpire has surprised critics who felt it could not do deliver on its promise to Nigerians on free, fair and credible elections.

According to Mr. Dobi, the election was peaceful and even the few  incidence of malfunctioning card readers were quickly resolved or in other cases, alternative manual processes were adopted.
