OrderPaperToday – The spokesman of Tony Nwoye, Ike Chidolue, has told other political parties that the election “is not a do or die affair”.
Nwoye is a member of the House of Representatives contesting under the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Nwoye is the only federal lawmaker to participate in the election after Uba and Sen. Stella Oduah (PDP, Anambra) lost out in their individual party’s primaries.
Speaking when called by Greetings FM Abuja to give his reaction in the ongoing election on Saturday, Chidolue said that “some questionable incidents going on.”
He said: “Well it’s an election, we expect in to be how it should be. Everywhere is aware of the tension – the members of IPOB’s threat. There are some questionable incidents going on.
“INEC is doing the best they can. On paper they did the best they can. You can get perfection only in heaven. I have not seen any voter inducements going on. I’m not saying it’s not going on but I have not seen it.
“This is not a do or die affair. People are not putting their life on the line.”
