OrderPaperToday- The leader of the Parliamentary Support Group and Member representing the Kiru bebeji constituency of Kano State, Abdulmummin Jibrin, has denied media reports of a crack in the APC caucus.
In a tweet published on his official Twitter account, Jibrin admitted there are frictions within the caucus, but they are mainly trivial internal issues.
He tweeted: “Against the back drop of media reports, I wish to state that there is no crack in the APC caucus of the House. We have internal issues and there is nothing unusual about it. However, these issues will be resolved internally. We have one caucus and @femigbaja is the leader. Thank you.”
Recall that the PSG group has been in a supremacy struggle with the leader of the House, Femi Gbajabiamila, and in an exclusive report published by OrderPaper NG, the PSG group were reportedly unhappy with Gbajabiamila for saying that there was no faction within the All Progressives Congress caucus of the House.
