OrderPaperToday – Dachung Musa Bagos has been elevated to the House of Representative to join the list of first timers.

Mr. Bagos who was the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) defeated other candidates including Dongs Pam Gyang of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) to represent Jos South/Jos East federal constituency of Plateau state. By INEC data, he has one of the highest margin of victory over his closest rival in the polls.

Musa was born on 4th June 1977 at Jos, Plateau State Nigeria. A youth activist, he has convened a couple of activities including the G17 Youth Forum; the Dachung Musa Foundation which carries out community development services to different communities in and around the State.

Dachung is a co-founder of Foundation for Transparency and Accountability, a non-governmental organization based in Abuja and saddled with the responsibility of public awareness and fight against corruption.

The new lawmaker-elect is married and blessed with 5 beautiful children.
